May 27th – Seek Your Happy Place
It took a while to seek my happy place. A time to light my favorite scented candle, while I give myself a facial mask and just relax in utter silence. My children are gown and out on their own, my parents have passed and now Sunday is my day to have that special treat. I begin the day reading the Sunday paper in bed with my favorite flavor of coffee. Off to a big breakfast I make for me and my special someone. Work a little around the house and then 30-60 minutes of my spa treatments. It is wonderful to be able to have this special day to call my own. All women deserve a little me time.
